Our services include collection of applications and screening all applicants. we will collect all fees, security deposits and monthly rent. Our company will coordinate the purshcase order for all maintenance and repairs and oversee the execution of the work in conjunction with keeping a detailed ledger of profit for review.
Help you find a renter for your property: We will Advertise and show the unit, Collect applications and screen applicants and intiate background checks. Collect security deposits and execute the rental lease.
Post your rental with us: If you only want us to post your rental to our website for more exposure, it will be one time fee of $19.99. Send us the information on your rental. This will allow renters to find your property and learn about what your place has to offer.
Help you find a place to rent: We can search through our database and other MLS databases to find all of the rentals available in the location you would like to live. We can help with the lease documents and do prescreening for a quicker mover in time.
